研究茶网蝽Stephanitis chinensis Drake对不同茶树品种的取食选择性及适应性,可为抗性品种的选育和茶网蝽的综合治理提供参考。本文测定了茶网蝽成虫对8个不同茶树品种的取食选择性以及不同茶树品种叶片的可溶性糖、茶多酚、游离氨基酸和咖啡碱含量,通过相关分析阐明了成虫取食选择性与茶树叶片生化物质含量之间的关系,并观察了茶网蝽在不同茶树品种叶片上的适应性。结果表明,茶网蝽成虫对‘中茶108’‘黔茶1号’和‘黔湄419’的取食选择性相对较高,而对‘黄金芽’‘黔湄601’和‘苔选0310’的取食选择性相对较低。Pearson相关性分析结果表明,茶网蝽对不同茶树品种叶片的取食选择率与茶树叶片的可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和咖啡碱含量不存在相关关系,和叶片茶多酚含量呈显著正相关关系,说明茶网蝽偏好取食茶多酚含量高的茶树品种。茶网蝽对不同茶树品种的适应性不同,茶树品种显著影响其生长发育和繁殖,取食‘中茶108’的茶网蝽存活率、雌成虫寿命和产卵量均最高,取食‘苔选0310’的茶网蝽产卵量最低。综合表明,‘苔选0310’对茶网蝽具有较高抗性,茶多酚含量低可作为茶树抗茶网蝽的一种依据。 |

Studying the feeding selectivity and adaptability of Stephanitis chinensis Drake to different tea cultivars can provide insights for breeding resistant varieties and comprehensive management of S.chinensis. In this paper, the feeding preferences of S.chinensis adults to eight different tea cultivars were tested, and the contents of soluble sugars, tea polyphenols, amino acids, and caffeine in the leaves of these tea cultivars were determined. Correlation between adult feeding preferences and biochemical substance contents in tea leaves was elucidated, and the adaptability of S.chinensis to different tea cultivars was observed. The results showed that S.chinensis adults exhibited higher feeding preferences to ‘Zhongcha 108’ ‘Qiancha 1’, and ‘Qianmei 419’, while preference was lower to ‘Huangjinya’ ‘Qianmei 601’, and ‘Taixuan 0310’. Pearson correlation analysis revealed no significant correlation between S.chinensis feeding selection rates and the contents of soluble sugars, free amino acids, or caffeine in tea leaves. However, a significant positive correlation was found between feeding selection rate and tea polyphenol content, indicating a preference to tea cultivars with higher tea polyphenol content. The adaptability of S.chinensis to different tea cultivars varied significantly, influencing its growth, development, and reproduction. S.chinensis feeding on ‘Zhongcha 108’ exhibited the highest survival rate, female adult lifespan, and egg production, whereas those feeding on ‘Taixuan 0310’ showed the lowest egg production. Overall, ‘Taixuan 0310’ demonstrated high resistance to S.chinensis, attributed to its lower tea polyphenol content, highlighting its potential for resistance in tea tree cultivation. |
