为明确温度对纺梭负蝗Atractomorpha burri生长发育及种群参数的影响,在恒温16、20、24、28℃和32℃,相对湿度70%,光周期L∥D=16 h∥8 h条件下,测定了纺梭负蝗发育历期、存活率、繁殖力和种群趋势指数等参数。结果表明,纺梭负蝗各虫态发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,发育速率加快,种群生长发育最高、最低临界温度分别为13.14℃和37.42℃,最适温度为25.28℃。温度24℃时,若虫期存活率最高,为67%,温度32℃时,无法完成发育。纺梭负蝗种群单雌平均产卵量和种群趋势指数(I)在24℃时最高,分别为65粒/雌和22.99。结果表明24℃最接近其种群世代最适环境温度,低于或高于这个温度均对纺梭负蝗生长发育有显著影响,尤其高温影响极其显著。 |

To clarify the effects of temperature on the growth, development, and population parameters of Atractomorpha burri, we measured the developmental duration, survival rate, fecundity, and population trend index parameters of A.burri under constant temperatures of 16℃, 20℃, 24℃, 28℃ and 32℃, with a relative humidity of 70% and a photoperiod of 16 h light∥8 h dark (L∥D). The results showed that the developmental duration of each stage of A.burri was shortened and the developmental rate was accelerated with increasing temperature. The critical temperatures for population growth and development were 13.14℃ (highest) and 37.42℃ (lowest), with an optimal temperature of 25.28℃. The survival rate of nymphs was the highest at 24℃, at 67%, and the development could not be completed at 32℃. The average number of eggs laid per female and the population trend index (I) were highest at 24℃, with values of 65 and 22.99, respectively. These results suggest that 24℃ is the most suitable temperature for its population generation. Both low and high temperatures had significant effects on the growth and development of A.burri, with high temperatures having a particularly pronounced impact. |
