茶角胸叶甲Basilepta melanopus是茶叶种植区的主要害虫,其触角在寻找食物源和交配等过程中发挥关键作用。本研究采用扫描电子显微镜,对茶角胸叶甲成虫的触角外部形态以及感器的类型、形态和分布进行了观察。结果显示,茶角胸叶甲成虫触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节(9个亚节)组成,雄虫触角总长度显著大于雌虫。在触角上发现6种感器类型及其10种亚型结构,包括5种毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、B?hm氏鬃毛、腔锥形感器和栓锥形感器。雌雄虫之间的感器类型未发现差异。触角第9鞭节的感器数量最多,类型最丰富,而第1鞭节仅观察到刺形感器。雄虫的毛形感器Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ长度显著大于雌虫。这些结果对于开发基于茶角胸叶甲行为特征的生物防控策略具有重要的理论和实践意义。 |

Basilepta melanopus is a major pest in tea cultivation, and its antennae play a crucial role in locating food and mating. This study used scanning electron microscopy to examine the morphology and sensilla type, morphology and distribution of adult antennae. Results show that the antennae consist of a scape, pedicle, and a 9-segmented flagellum, with males having significantly longer antennae than females. Six types and ten subtypes of sensilla were identified, including sensilla trichoid, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconica, B?hm’s bristles, sensilla coeloconica, and sensilla styloconica. No sex differences were found in the types of sensilla. The ninth flagellomere had the highest number of sensilla, while the first flagellomere had only sensilla chaetica. Males had longer sensilla trichoid Ⅱ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ compared to females. These findings offer insights for developing biocontrol strategies based on pest behavior. |
