      根结线虫Meloidogyne spp.是常见的严重危害植物的寄生线虫,给农业生产带来重大损失。本研究筛选到一株对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫具有较强毒杀能力并能有效抑制卵孵化的真菌Snef2766。通过形态学和ITS序列分析,鉴定其为因苏特曲霉Aspergillus insuetus。盆栽条件下,菌株Snef2766灌根能显著减少番茄植株根结数和卵囊数,减退率分别为64.22%和58.70%,并且促进番茄生长。温室试验结果表明,菌株Snef2766包衣和灌根处理均能有效防治番茄根结线虫病,防效分别为60.69%和63.55%,同时促进番茄生长。综上,因苏特曲霉Snef2766具有显著的促生和防治南方根结线虫病效果。本文首次报道因苏特曲霉能有效防治南方根结线虫病,为根结线虫病的生物防治提供新的生防微生物资源。
英文摘要:
      The root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) is one of the most common and harmful plant parasitic nematodes, causing significant losses to agricultural production. The fungus strain Snef2766 was screened in this study, which showed high nematocidal activity against Meloidogyne incognita second-stage juveniles (J2) and could effectively inhibit egg hatching. Based upon morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis, strain Snef2766 was identified as Aspergillus insuetus. Pot experiments demonstrated that root irrigation with fermentation filtrates of the strain Snef2766 significantly reduced root knots of tomato plant and egg masses, with the reduction rates of 64.22% and 58.70%, respectively, and promoted the growth of tomato plants. Greenhouse experiment showed that strain Snef2766 could effectively control root-knot nematode disease by seed-coating and root irrigation treatment, with the control efficacy of 60.69% and 63.55%, respectively, and promote the growth of tomato. Therefore, A.insuetus Snef2766 had a significant effect on promoting growth and controlling southern root-knot nematode disease. This is the first report of A. insuetus as a biocontrol agent against M. incognita, which provide a new microbial resource for the biological control of root-knot nematode disease.
