      甜菜孢囊线虫Heterodera schachtii是甜菜生产的毁灭性病原物之一,也是我国重要的检疫性有害生物。自2015年甜菜孢囊线虫在我国新疆首次被发现后,该虫在我国造成了极大危害。本研究通过人工接种的方法研究采自新疆的甜菜孢囊线虫在不同性质土壤、温度及pH条件下的侵染和发育过程,同时对24个甜菜主栽品种对甜菜孢囊线虫的抗性进行了筛选鉴定。结果表明,在甜菜孢囊线虫侵染和发育过程中,最适的土壤为沙土比例1∶0和6∶1的土壤,最适温度为25℃,最适pH范围为5~9,我国24个主栽甜菜品种中,只有‘Cofco1001’对甜菜孢囊线虫表现出抗性,其他品种对甜菜孢囊线虫均表现感病或高感。上述研究结果为进一步明确甜菜孢囊线虫在我国的发生规律并制定科学的防治策略奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      Sugar beet cyst nematode (BCN), Heterodera schachtii is one of the most devastating pathogens in sugar beet production worldwide and also an important quarantine pathogen in China. In 2015, this dangerous nematode disease was first discovered in Xinjiang, China, and caused great harm in China. In this study, the infection and development process of H. schachtii under different soil properties, temperature, and pH conditions were determined. The resistance of 24 sugar beet varieties to H.schachtii were screened and identified by artificial inoculation. The results showed that during the infection and development of H.schachtii, the optimum sand to soil ratio was 1∶0 and 6∶1, the optimum temperature was 25°C, and the optimum pH value was five to nine. The main beet varieties in China showed sensitivity to H.schachtii, and only one beet variety ‘Cofco1001’ showed resistance to H.schachtii. These results laid a foundation for further clarifying the occurrence regularity of H. schachtii in China and formulating scientific prevention and control strategies.
