      为高效科学防除重庆地区马唐Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop., 采用整株生物测定法, 测定了不同马唐种群对2种乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂类除草剂的ED50和相对抗性倍数(RI)。结果表明, 不同马唐种群对噁唑酰草胺、烯草酮均产生了不同程度的抗性(相对敏感种群除外); DJSP02对噁唑酰草胺、烯草酮分别表现为中抗(RI=8.78)和低抗(RI=2.10), 其ED50分别为377.31 g/hm2和37.97 g/hm2; DJSP03对噁唑酰草胺、烯草酮分别表现为低抗(RI=3.18)和中抗(RI=7.56), 其ED50分别为136.84 g/hm2和136.93 g/hm2, 均已产生了正交互抗性。因此, 在对重庆地区抗性马唐种群进行防除时宜与其他类型的除草剂混用或交替使用。

      To effectively and scientifically control Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop. in Chongqing area, the ED50 values and relative resistance index (RI) of different D. sanguinalis populations to two acetyl-CoA carboxylase-inhibiting herbicides were determined by whole plant dose-response method. The results showed that different D. sanguinalis populations had different degrees of resistance to metamifop and clethodim (except for relatively sensitive population). The ED50 value of DJSP02 to metamifop and clethodim was 377.31 g/hm2 and 37.97 g/hm2, showing moderate resistance (RI=8.78) and low resistance (RI=2.10), respectively. The ED50 values of DJSP03 to metamifop and clethodim respectively was 136.84 g/hm2 and 136.93 g/hm2, showing low resistance (RI=3.18) and moderate resistance (RI=7.56), respectively. DJSP02 and DJSP03 have developed positive cross-resistance to metamifop and clethodim. Therefore, in order to control the resistant D. sanguinalis population in Chongqing area, it is appropriate to mix or alternate with other types of herbicides.
