      试验采用超高效液相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱联用法检测土壤中氯嘧磺隆的主要降解产物, 推测出氯嘧磺隆在土壤中的降解途径, 同时分析了土壤中氯嘧磺隆及其降解产物对后茬作物玉米生长及ALS活性的影响。结果表明:土壤中氯嘧磺隆的降解产物对玉米的抑制作用明显低于氯嘧磺隆本身; 低浓度下, 氯嘧磺隆及其降解产物对玉米作物的抑制作用均不明显, 甚至降解产物对玉米生长有促进作用; 高浓度下, 氯嘧磺隆及其降解产物对玉米的抑制作用显著。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the main degradation products of chlorimuron-ethyl in soil were detected using high-performance liquid chromatography-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The effects of chlorimuron-methyl and its degradation products in soil on the growth and ALS activity of maize were also analyzed. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of chlorimuron-ethyl degradation products on maize in soil was significantly lower than that of chlorimuron-ethyl itself. At low concentrations, chlorimuron-ethyl and its degradation products had no obvious inhibitory effect on maize crops, and some degradation products even promoted maize growth. At high concentrations, the inhibitory effect of chlorimuron-ethyl and its degradation products on maize was significant.
