为筛选对绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum具有引诱作用的气味挥发物, 探索和开发针对绿盲蝽的绿色高效防治技术, 本文通过电生理、行为学及田间试验等手段, 对绿盲蝽的寄主选择偏好进行了研究, 并对选择反应率最高的寄主挥发物进行了验证。结果表明, 在6种主要供试寄主中, 绿盲蝽雌雄成虫对玉米的选择反应率最高, 分别为37.7%和33.5%, 且雌成虫对寄主的选择反应强于雄成虫。在玉米主要挥发物中, 绿盲蝽雌成虫对3% 2-乙基己醇和1%苯乙烯电生理、行为学反应较强, 选择反应率最高分别为75%和76.9%。进一步对2种挥发物不同组合的室内与田间引诱效果进行测定,结果显示, 1%苯乙烯和3% 2-乙基己醇最佳复配比为1∶9, 在田间诱捕试验中该复配剂14 d内平均每板引诱到24.8头绿盲蝽成虫, 较对照组(黄板)诱集效果提高了71%。综上, 本文明确了苯乙烯和2-乙基己醇是绿盲蝽趋向玉米的关键气味化合物, 对该虫具有较好的引诱作用, 并在此基础上开发出了绿盲蝽的引诱剂配方, 为绿盲蝽的绿色防控提供了新方法。 |

In order to screen the odorant volatiles with an attractive effect on Apolygus lucorum, and to explore and develop green and efficient control techniques for A. lucorum, the host selection preference of A. lucorum on six host plants was studied by means of electrophysiology, behavior, and field experiments. The host volatiles with the highest selection response were verified. The results showed that the female and male adults of A. lucorum had the highest selection response rate to maize, which was 37.7% and 33.5%, respectively, among the six main tested hosts, with female adults showing a stronger response than male adults. Among the main volatiles of maize, the female adults of A. lucorum had strong electrophysiological and behavioral responses to 3% 2-ethylhexanol and 1% styrene, with the highest selection response rates of 75% and 76.9%, respectively. Further verification and field application of different combinations of the two volatiles showed that the best combination ratio of 1% styrene and 3% 2-ethylhexanol was 1∶9. In the field trapping test, within 14 days, the average number of A. lucorum adults was 24.8 individuals per trap, which was 71% higher than that of the control group. In summary, this study clarified that styrene and 2-ethylhexanol were the key odor compounds attracting A. lucorum toward maize and had a good attractive effect on the insect. On this basis, an attractant formula for A. lucorum was developed, providing a new method for the green prevention and control of A. lucorum. |
