      为明确东革阿里 Eurycoma longifolia提取物对红火蚁Solenopsis invicta工蚁的防治效果, 本研究采用水试管喂毒法测定了其主要成分苦木苦味素对红火蚁工蚁的毒杀活性和行为能力的影响。结果表明, 喂毒后1~10 d, 苦木苦味素化合物ep6对红火蚁工蚁的毒杀活性与处理时间和浓度呈正相关, 20 mg/L浓度下处理10 d后的死亡率为77.78%。ep6对红火蚁工蚁的聚集率、抓附率、行走率、爬杆率和食物识别率有显著抑制活性, 但对红火蚁食物消耗率基本没有显著影响。20 mg/L浓度下处理10 d的聚集率、抓附率、爬杆率、行走率、食物识别率和食物消耗率与对照相比分别降低了73.86、50.27、44.99、27.78、6.67和10.81百分点。苦木苦味素化合物对红火蚁工蚁具有良好的毒杀和抑制行为活性。
英文摘要:
      To determine the control efficacy of Eurycoma longifolia extracts on the workers of Solenopsis invicta, the toxic activity of the major component quassinoids and the ants′behavioral abilities were assessed using a water test tube feeding method. The results showed that the toxic activity of the compound ep6 was positively correlated with treatment time and concentration. The mortality rate of the ants was 77.78% ten days after treatment at a concentration of 20 mg/L. The compound ep6 significantly inhibited the aggregation rate, capture rate, percentage of walking ants, climbing rate, and food recognition rate, but had no significant effect on the food consumption rate in most treatment. The aggregation rate, capture rate, climbing rate, percentage of walking ants, food recognition rate, and food consumption rate decreased by 73.86, 50.27, 44.99, 27.78, 6.67, and 10.81 percentage points ten days after treated with 20 mg/L ep6, respectively, compared to the control group. These results indicate that the quassinoid compounds from E. longifolia have significant toxic and inhibitory activity against the worker ants of S. invicta.
