| 为了进一步明确葡萄孢属Botrytis菌株HY-021除草活性, 采用单因素法筛选该菌株的最适固体发酵基质、适宜载体和助剂, 制备可湿性粉剂, 并进行盆栽接种评价其除草活性。结果表明:HY-021菌株最适生长的固态基质为玉米粉, 最优配方组合为:麦秆糠14.5 g+麦麸19.4 g+菜籽饼1.5 g+玉米粉14.6 g。适宜的载体、稳定剂、分散剂、保护剂和润湿剂分别为高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、羧甲基纤维素钠、可溶性淀粉和十二烷基硫酸钠。菌株HY-021可湿性粉剂对苗期盆栽的藜、密花香薷、猪殃殃3种杂草有较好除草活性, 其中对藜和猪殃殃表现出较强的致病性, 致病率分别为85.83%、89.45%, 鲜重防效分别为81.82%、87.16%。本试验制备的HY-021生防菌株可湿性粉剂, 可作为生防菌剂有效控制藜和猪殃殃等杂草。 |

| In order to clarify the herbicidal activity of the Botrytis strain HY-021, a wettable powder was prepared, and its herbicidal activity was measured. The single-factor method was used to screen the optimal solid fermentation substrate, suitable carrier, and auxiliary agent for the strain HY-021. A wettable powder was prepared and its herbicidal activity was evaluated by pot inoculation. The results showed that the most suitable solid substrate for the strain HY-021 to grow was corn flour, and the optimal formula combination was wheat straw bran 14.5 g, wheat bran 19.4 g, rapeseed cake 1.5 g, and maize flour 14.6 g. Kaolin, light calcium carbonate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, soluble starch and sodium dodecyl sulfate were comprehensively selected as the carrier, stabilizer, dispersant, protector, and wetting agent of the strain HY-021. The wettable powder of the strain HY-021 exhibited good herbicidal activity against three kinds of weeds, namely Chenopodium album, Elsholtzia densa, and Galium spurium, at the seedling stage in pot tests. Among them, the HY-021 showed strong pathogenicity to C. album and G. spurium, with incidence rate of 85.83% and 89.45%, and fresh weight control effect of 81.82% and 87.16%, respectively. HY-021 wettable powder can be used as a biocontrol agent to effectively control weeds such as C. album and G. spurium. |
