广西兴安地处白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera (Horváth)迁入廊道要冲, 南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus, SRBSDV)依赖白背飞虱携传。本研究采用探照灯诱集高空白背飞虱, 同时采集田间白背飞虱和稻叶, 采用dot-ELISA法检测白背飞虱及水稻的带毒状况, 以明确SRBSDV的迁入与侵染动态。综合来看, 2021年-2022年间兴安的带毒白背飞虱迁入始期为5月下旬, 迁入白背飞虱的带毒率高峰为6月中下旬;田间白背飞虱7月上旬-7月下旬带毒率较高(10%~15%);水稻7月中旬-8月上旬带毒率较高(10%~14%)。水稻带毒率与田间白背飞虱带毒率之间存在显著相关关系。本文结果有助于桂北和长江中下游地区开展白背飞虱携传SRBSDV的监测预警。 |

Xing’an county in Guangxi is located in the migration corridor of Sogatella furcifera (Horváth), the vector transmitting southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV). This paper aims to ascertain the immigration and infection dynamics of SRBSDV in Xing’an. Adult S.furcifera were trapped using searchlights, and both field-collected S.furcifera and rice leaves were assessed for their SRBSDV viruliferous status using dot-ELISA. The immigration of virus-infecting S.furcifera began in the late May, and the virus infection rate reached the highest in mid and late June in 2021-2022. Virus infection rate of S. furcifera collected from rice fields was relatively high in early to late July ranging from 10% to 15%. Similarly, rice samples collected from mid-July to early August exhibited a high SRBSDV-infecting rate, ranging from 10% to 14%. A significant correlation was observed between the virus infection rates of rice and S. furcifera. These results hold significance for monitoring and forecasting SRBSDV outbreaks in northern Guangxi and the middle and low reaches of the Yangtze River valley. |
