      氯虫苯甲酰胺是一种新型邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂, 在农业生产中广泛应用。棉蚜是一种全世界分布的害虫。广双瘤蚜茧蜂Binodoxys communis (Gahan)是棉蚜的优势寄生蜂。本文研究了氯虫苯甲酰胺(CAP)田间推荐剂量66.7 mg/L对广双瘤蚜茧蜂F0、F1代存活率、存活时间的影响和暴露后体内共生菌种类的变化情况。结果表明, CAP暴露对广双瘤蚜茧蜂亲代和子代的存活率没有显著影响, 但暴露1 h显著缩短了F0代(CK:4.6 d, CAP:2.9 d)和F1代(CK:4.6 d;CAP:3.4 d)广双瘤蚜茧蜂的存活时间。16S rDNA高通量测序结果表明, CAP暴露1 h或3 d不影响广双瘤蚜茧蜂体内主要共生菌的组成, 但CAP暴露3 d后广双瘤蚜茧蜂体内优势共生菌物种的相对丰度发生了变化, 其中门水平上, 变形菌门Proteobacteria的相对丰度增加(CK:35.5%;CAP:99.68%), 属水平上, 沙雷氏菌属Serratia丰度增加(CK:7.84%;CAP:36.82%), 红球菌属Rhodococcus丰度降低(CK:64.43%, CAP:0)。综上所述, 接触CAP田间推荐剂量影响了广双瘤蚜茧蜂F0和F1代的生存, 其体内优势菌属相对丰度也发生了变化。本研究结果表明, 应加强对氯虫苯甲酰胺的管理, 防止其对天敌构成威胁。
英文摘要:
      Chlorantraniliprole (CAP) is a new type of formamide benzamide insecticide widely used in agricultural production. The cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover, is a common pest with global distribution. Binodoxys communis(Gahan) is a dominant parasitic wasp of A.gossypii. This study aimed to assess the effects of CAP at the recommended field dose (66.7 mg/L) on the survival rate, survival time, and endosymbionts of B.communis. The results showed that compared with the control, CAP exposure had no significant effect on the survival rate of tested generation and its offspring of B.communis, but leading to the shortened survival time of F0 generation (CK: 4.6 d, CAP: 2.9 d) and F1 generation (CK: 4.6 d; CAP: 3.4 d) when exposure for one hour. High-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA showed that CAP-exposure for one hour or three days did not affect the endosymbionts community structure in B.communis, but the relative abundance of endosymbionts in B.communis changes after CAP-exposure for three days. At the phylum level, the abundance of Proteobacteria significantly increased (CK: 35.5%; CAP: 99.68%), while at the genus level, Serratia abundance significantly increased (CK: 7.84%; CAP: 36.82%), and the abandance of Rhodococcus decreased (CK: 64.43%, CAP: 0). In conclusion, the recommended field dose of CAP adversely affected the survival of both F0 and F1 generations, accompanied by alterations in the relative abundance of dominant genera in their bodies. These results hold important significance in evaluating the safety of CAP to parasitic natural enemies. The management of chlorantraniliprole should be strengthened to prevent its abuse in field environments, thereby averting toxicity problems and safeguarding environmental safety.
