为了探究麦角菌科Clavicipitaceae真菌的生防潜力, 在林下凋落物中分离、培养、鉴定了4株麦角菌科真菌, 分别为球芽异普克尼亚霉Metapochonia bulbillosa SGSF002、球芽异普克尼亚霉M.bulbillosa SGSF501、萨克拉异普克尼亚霉M.suchlasporia SGSF515, 马氏马昆德霉Marquandomyces marquandii SGSF931。利用打孔药剂扩散法、溶磷圈法和孢子悬浮液浸虫法对其进行活性测试, 发现SGSF501和SGSF515, SGSF931对青枯雷尔氏菌Ralstonia solanacearum、水稻黄单胞菌稻致病变种Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae、立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani、互隔交链格孢Alternaria alternata有活性, 并具有溶磷活性。本研究还首次发现球芽异普克尼亚霉和萨克拉异普克尼亚霉对绿豆象Callosobruchus chinensis的杀虫活性。 |

To explore the biocontrol potential of Clavicipitaceae species, four strains were isolated, cultured from forest litter, and identified as Metapochonia bulbillosa SGSF002, M. bulbillosa SGSF501, M. suchlasporia SGSF515, and Marquandomyces marquandii SGSF931. Their biological activities were further assessed, including antibacterial, insecticidal and phosphate-solubilizing activities. It was found that M.bulbillosa SGSF501, M. suchlasporia SGSF515, and Ma.marquandii SGSF931 exhibited antimicrobial activities against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Ralstonia solanacearum, Rhizoctonia solani, and Alternaria alternata, as well as phosphate-solubilizing activities. This study also find the insecticidal activity of M.bulbillosa and M. suchlasporia against Callosobruchus chinensis for the first time. |
