植物拥有复杂且精密的免疫系统以识别并应对各种病原物的侵染, 保护自身免受侵害。叶绿体作为高等植物特有的细胞器, 不仅能通过光合作用为细胞提供碳源和能量, 还是植物细胞内活性氧、钙离子信号、水杨酸和茉莉酸等免疫分子产生的重要场所。近年来, 越来越多的研究表明, 叶绿体介导的免疫反应在抵抗植物病毒侵染过程中发挥了重要作用。本文综述了叶绿体免疫反应在抵抗病毒侵染过程中的作用及病毒如何通过与叶绿体互作来抑制叶绿体免疫反应, 展望了该领域未来的研究方向。 |

Plants have evolved a set of complex and precise immune system that can recognize and respond to various kinds of pathogens, protecting themselves from infections. Chloroplasts, as unique organelles of higher plants, not only produce carbon sources and energy through photosynthesis, but also are the major production sites of reactive oxygen species, calcium ion signals, salicylic acid, jasmonic acid and other immune molecules in plant cells. In recent years, increasing studies have shown that chloroplast-mediated immunity plays an indispensable role in the resistance against plant virus infection. In this paper, we reviewed the significance of chloroplast immunity against virus infection and described how viruses suppressing chloroplast immunity via virus-chloroplast interaction. Future research direction in this area was also prospected. |
