英文摘要:
      Bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum species complex (RSSC) is one of the devastating diseases in crop production, seriously reducing the yield of crop. In 2020, sunflower (Helianthus annuus) bacterial wilt was firstly observed in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, and the pathogen of sunflower bacterial wilt was identified. Koch’s postulation test, 16S rDNA gene and phylotypes analysis indicated that the pathogen of sunflower bacterial wilt was Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and pathogenicity analysis demonstrated that 15 isolates belong to race 1, biovar 3. Based on results of partial egl gene sequence analysis, 15 isolates were clustered into four egl-sequence type groups, eight of 15 isolates were sequevar 17, five of 15 isolates were sequevar 13, and the other two isolates were sequevar 14 and sequevar 54. This is the first record of sunflower bacterial wilt caused by R. pseudosolanacearum in China.
