      通过分析细胞色素P450基因在单倍型Hap1和Hap3型棉蚜中的变异情况, 探讨棉蚜相关研究中引入生物型概念的重要性。检索文献数据库中棉蚜P450相关研究论文, 从中筛选目标P450信息, 获取基因序列并分析整理。将获得的P450基因与Hap1和Hap3型棉蚜基因组数据进行比对, 建立对应关系。根据基因组数据, 整理出P450基因在染色体的位置、基因编码及序列组成等信息。利用生物信息学软件, 分析P450基因所在区域基因组序列在两型棉蚜中的缺失、插入、取代、复制和倒置等变异信息。通过文献数据检索, 获得14篇有关棉蚜P450功能的文献, 棉蚜种群分别来源于棉花、黄瓜和青椒等寄主, 涉及17个P450基因序列, 功能包含对3种植物次生物质和7种化学农药的解毒代谢。分析发现P450在CDS (coding sequence)序列、基因结构及基因所处基因组区域等方面发生变异。由于不同生物型棉蚜所处生境的差异, 受到的寄主植物次生物质胁迫、气候环境胁迫和农药胁迫等不同, 导致解毒基因出现分化, 在棉蚜相关研究中需考虑到棉蚜生物型分化的问题。

      The importance of introducing the biotype concept into the research relating to the cotton aphid Aphis gossypii was explored by analyzing the variation of cytochrome P450 gene between Hap1 and Hap3 types (haplotypes). The literature databases were searched for the research papers related to cotton aphid P450, from which the target P450 gene information was screened, and the gene sequences were obtained, analyzed and organized. The obtained information about P450 genes were compared with the genomic data of Hap1 and Hap3 cotton aphids, and the corresponding data were established. Based on the genomic data, the information on the location of P450 genes in the chromosome, gene coding and sequence composition were collated. Using relevant bioinformatics software, we analyzed the variation information such as deletion, insertion, substitution, duplication and inversion of the genomic sequence in the region where the P450 gene was located. A literature data search yielded 14 papers on the function of cotton aphid cytochrome P450 genes from the populations on cotton, cucumber and green pepper host plants, involving 17 P450 gene sequences with a function of detoxification metabolism of three plant secondary substances and seven chemical pesticides. Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the P450 genes varied in terms of CDS (coding sequence), gene structure and the genomic region in which the genes are located. Considering the differences in the habitats of different biotypes of cotton aphids and different stresses from host plant secondary materials, environmental factors and pesticides, which lead to the differentiation of detoxification genes, the issues relating to the differentiation between cotton aphid biotypes need to be taken into consideration in cotton aphid-related studies.
