| 生物入侵对我国的危害日趋严重，依法高效地管理外来入侵物种是当前面临的主要挑战。本文通过分析我国现存的外来生物入侵的法律法规和管理机制、国际上主要国家外来入侵物种法律法规和管理体系，结合当前我国外来生物入侵的管理需求，探讨了我国在外来入侵物种法律法规和管理机制方面的缺口，并提出了建议。 |

| Biological invasion is becoming increasingly serious to ecological environments in China. It is a major challenge to effectively manage invasive alien species according to laws and regulations. In this paper, we analyzed the existing laws, regulations and management mechanisms of biological invasions in China and compared with other countries. Aiming at the present needs of managing biological invasions in China, we discussed the gaps in laws, regulations and management mechanism of biological invasions, and put forward some suggestions to develop and perfect laws, regulations and management mechanisms. |
