| 玉米是草地贪夜蛾最嗜好的寄主, 然而草地贪夜蛾对玉米生长后期的为害程度和在玉米植株上的分布位置及虫龄结构未见报道?本文采用五点取样法, 调查了广西横县甜玉米抽雄期草地贪夜蛾的分布及为害情况?结果表明, 玉米生长后期被害株率达(90.60±3.57)%, 有虫株率为(51.00±4.97)%, 幼虫虫口密度为(68.80±8.85)头/百株; 幼虫主要分布在雌穗上为害, 占(85.46±3.75)%, 显著高于在植株其他器官上的分布数量; 抽雄期的玉米植株主要以4龄幼虫分布为害, 占(39.89±5.69)%?结果明确了玉米生长后期草地贪夜蛾幼虫为害情况及虫龄结构, 为提高该虫虫情监测的准确率提供了基础资料? |

| Corn is the favorite host plant for Spodoptera frugiperda, however, there is no reports on the damage characteristics of S. frugiperda to corn at late developmental stages, which has influenced the accuracy of its prediction. The distribution and symptom on sweet corn damaged by S. frugiperda at tasseling stage in Hengxian county, Guangxi were investigated by five-point sampling method. The results showed that the rate of damaged plants was (90.60±3.57)%, the ratio of plant with larvae was (51.00±4.97)%, and the larvae density was (68.80±8.85) larvae per 100 plants at late developmental stage of corn. The larvae mainly damaged the female ear, accounting for (85.46±3.75)%, which was significantly higher than that on other parts of the plant. The damage of corn at tasseling stage was caused mainly by the 4th instar of S. frugiperda, accounting for (39.89±5.69)%. The results clarified the damage situation and instar structure of S. frugiperda larvae at late developmental stages of corn, which provided basic data for improving the accuracy of the pest monitoring. |
