      为探究人工养殖豆天蛾过程中卵的最佳消毒时长及筛选最优消毒剂配方, 首先以38%盐酸+37%甲醛+水(0.5∶0.5∶10, V/V)为消毒剂, 测定不同时长消毒处理对豆天蛾卵生长发育的影响, 获得最佳消毒时长; 再以此为基础, 探究不同消毒剂配方(以下简称配方)处理对豆天蛾卵孵化率?25日龄幼虫存活率?体重和体长等指标的影响?结果表明, 消毒30 min的豆天蛾卵孵化率(80.00%)?25日龄幼虫的存活率(59.72%)?体长(8.02 cm)及体重(8.96 g)最高, 且显著高于对照?配方20(37%甲醛∶31%双氧水∶水=0.5∶0.5∶10, V/V)处理后的卵孵化率(86.67%)?25日龄幼虫存活率(66.67%)?体长(8.88 cm)和体重(10.70 g) 优于其他配方, 且显著高于对照, 表明配方20对豆天蛾卵的消毒效果最好, 为本试验筛选出的最优配方?此结果为人工养殖豆天蛾提供了一定的理论基础和技术支持?

      The purpose of this study was to investigate the appropriate disinfection duration of the eggs of Clanis bilineata tsingtauica and to screen the best formula from different disinfectants. The effects of egg-soaking for different time with 38% hydrochloric acid mixed with 37% formaldehyde and water (volume ratio: 0.5∶0.5∶10) on the growth and development of eggs were determined to obtain the best disinfectant time lengths. On this basis, the hatching rate, survival rate, body weight and body length of 25-day-old larvae were explored after treatment of eggs with different disinfectant formulas (hereinafter referred to as formula). The results showed that the egg hatching rate (80.00%), the survival rate (59.72%), body length (8.02 cm) and body weight (8.96 g) of 25-day-old larvae were significantly higher than that of the control group when the eggs were sterilized for 30 minutes. The hatching rate, and the survival rate and body length of 25-day-old larvae were 86.67%, 66.67% and 8.88 cm, respectively, when using formula 20 (37% formaldehyde∶31% hydrogen peroxide∶water=0.5∶0.5∶10, V/V) to disinfect for 30 minutes, which were significantly higher than that of the control group. The results indicated that the formula 20 was the best formula among all the formulas tested and the optimum for disinfectant of C.bilineata tsingtauica eggs. This study provided certain theoretical basis and technical support for artificial breeding of C.bilineata tsingtauica.
