      南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita引起的根结线虫病已经成为我国农业生产上的重要威胁, 利用生物防治的方法控制根结线虫病是一种安全有效的植保措施?本研究在日光大棚探究不同剂量的生物菌肥YB-04对番茄根结线虫病的防治效果, 并利用Biolog-Eco板研究YB-04对番茄根围土壤微生物群落功能的影响?结果显示, 不同剂量的YB-04菌肥均能显著降低土壤中根结线虫的数量和番茄植株的根结指数, 其中YB-04 300 kg/hm2沟施处理的线虫减退率和防治效果分别达66.0%和63.5%, 且增产效果达20.2%?同时, 番茄根围土壤微生物对碳源利用率增多, Shannon指数?McIntosh指数和丰富度指数显著增高, PCA分析结果显示土壤微生物群落功能与对照有明显差异?结果表明, YB-04生物菌肥既具有防病促生功能, 又能改善土壤微生物群落功能, 具有较大开发利用前景?
英文摘要:
      The root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita has become a great threat to agricultural production. Biological control is a safe and effective measure. In this study, the effects of different doses of YB-04 bioorganic fertilizer against root-knot nematode were measured in a sunlight greenhouse, and the influence of YB-04 bioorganic fertilizer on the function of microbial community in tomato rhizosphere soil was studied using Biolog-Eco plates. The results showed that the number of nematode in soil and the root-knot index of tomato were significantly reduced after applying different doses of YB-04 bioorganic fertilizer. The nematode reduction rate and control efficacy of YB-04 300 kg/hm2 applying along the rows reached 66.0% and 63.5%, respectively, with a yield increase of 20.2%. The utilization ratios of carbon sources, the Shannon-Wiener index, McIntosh index and richness index of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil in the treatment group with YB-04 300 kg/hm2 were significantly higher than that of the control. PCA analysis also showed that the function of soil microbial communities was significantly different from that of the control. The results indicated that YB-04 bioorganic fertilizer not only controlled root-knot nematode effectively and promoted plant growth, but also improved soil microbial community function, which have great potential for the management of root-knot nematodes.
