本研究旨在研究三唑类药剂戊唑醇、苯并咪唑类药剂多菌灵和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类吡唑醚菌酯对小麦白粉病菌的毒力及最佳配比筛选, 通过比较对2个不同品种小麦的防效差异, 为大田小麦白粉病的防治提供参考依据。采用盆栽法, 调查小麦叶片发病情况, 计算病情指数, 测定3种药剂对2个小麦品种上白粉病菌的毒力及其不同配比的共毒系数(CTC), 找出合理配比。结果表明在‘山农16’和‘泰农18’2个小麦品种上多菌灵与戊唑醇配比5∶3时, 增效作用均为最优, 共毒系数CTC分别为122.66和123.56; 戊唑醇与吡唑醚菌酯配比在2∶1时, 增效作用均为最优, CTC为139.09和129.97; 多菌灵与吡唑醚菌酯配比1∶1时, 增效作用均为最优, CTC为135.15和145.24。 |

This research aims to investigate the toxicity of triazole tebuconazole, benzimidazole carbendazim, and methacrylate pyraclostrobin on Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici and screen the optimum mixture ratio. Difference in the control effect to wheat powdery mildew on two different varieties of wheat provides a reference for the disease prevention and control in the field. Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the incidence of wheat leaves, calculate the disease index, and determine the toxicity of the three fungicides against B.graminis f.sp. tritici on two wheat varieties and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of different combinations. The results showed that the fungicides had the best synergistic effect when the ratio of carbendazim and tebuconazole was 5∶3 on two wheat varieties of ‘Shannong 16’ and ‘Tainong 18’, with the co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) of 122.66 and 123.56, respectively. When the ratio of tebuconazole and pyraclostrobin was at 2∶1, the synergistic effect was the best, with the CTC of 139.09 and 129.97, respectively. When the ratio of carbendazim and pyraclostrobin was at 1∶1, the synergistic effect was the best, with the CTC of 135.15 and 145.24, respectively. |
