      为探究豆天蛾卵在不同条件下的发育情况, 分别对不同湿度、不同温度以及不同产卵月份所产的豆天蛾卵的孵化率以及卵期进行了比较。结果表明, 温度为20℃, 湿度为50%时, 豆天蛾卵孵化率为92.33%, 显著高于湿度为25%和75%的孵化率(P<0.05); 平均卵期为9.08 d, 显著短于其他湿度条件下的平均卵期(P<0.05)。湿度一定时(50%), 温度为30℃时孵化率最高, 达97.00%;其次为25℃, 孵化率达91.00%。豆天蛾卵在此两种温度下孵化率显著高于除20℃外的其他温度(P<0.05)。35℃下平均卵期最短, 为5.32 d; 其次为30℃和25℃, 分别为5.45 d和5.70 d。此3种温度下的卵期无显著差异, 但均显著短于15℃和20℃下的卵期(P<0.05)。湿度、温度一定时, 产自4、5、6、7、8月的豆天蛾卵中, 6月的卵孵化率最高, 达96.67%, 显著高于其他4个月份豆天蛾卵的孵化率(P<0.05)。4-8月产的卵平均卵期分别为10.07、7.08、6.80、6.07 d和5.34 d。本研究明确了各因子对豆天蛾卵孵化效果的影响, 完善了人工养殖豆天蛾技术体系, 为大规模、工厂化养殖提供了理论基础和技术保障。

      In order to explore the development of Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell eggs under different conditions, the egg hatching rate and egg period were compared under different humidity and temperature regimes and in different spawning months. The results showed that when temperature was constant (20℃) the hatching rate was 92.33% at condition of 50% RH, which was significantly higher than those under the humidity of 25% and 75% (P<0.05). The average egg period was 9.08 days, which was significantly shorter than those under the other two humidity conditions (P<0.05). When the humidity was constant (50%RH), the hatching rate reached 97.00% at 30℃, followed by 91.00% at 25℃, which was significantly higher than those at other temperatures (P<0.05) expect 20℃. The average egg period was the shortest at 35℃ (5.32 days), followed by at 30℃ (5.45 days) and 25℃ (5.70 days). There was no significant difference in the egg period at 25℃, 30℃ and 35℃, but it was significantly shorter than those at 15℃ and 20℃ (P<0.05). When the humidity and temperature were constant, the egg hatching rate in June was the highest, up to 96.67%, which was significantly higher than those in other four months (April, May, July and August) (P<0.05). The average egg period from April to August was 10.07 days, 7.08 days, 6.80 days, 6.07 days and 5.34 days, respectively. This study clarified the influence of various factors on the egg hatching of C.bilineata tsingtauica, improved the technical system for artificial rearing, and provided a theoretical basis and technical support for large-scale rearing.
