      玉米吐丝初期, 通过人工接虫模拟不同密度的双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫为害玉米花丝, 研究其对产量损失的影响, 收获时进行各项产量性状指标测定。研究结果表明:玉米吐丝初期每果穗接入1~40头双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫, 玉米平均产量损失率在3.8%~28.5%; 接入1头成虫时产量与对照无显著差异, 接入5头以上成虫时显著减产, 平均产量损失率达12.3%~28.5%; 双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫数量与玉米产量损失率的关系符合一次函数y=0.64x+5.17(R2=0.65, P<0.001); 双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫取食为害玉米花丝, 影响玉米授粉和结实, 随着成虫数量增加, 果穗的穗粒数和百粒重逐渐降低, 产量损失逐渐增大。研究双斑长跗萤叶甲成虫为害玉米花丝对产量的影响对确定防治指标、防治适期及综合防控具有重要的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      To simulate the effect of different numbers of Monolepta hieroglyphica adults infesting corn silks on yield loss, the silks were artificially infested with M.hieroglyphica adults during the early silking stage of corn development. The indices of various yield characteristics were investigated at harvest. The results showed that the average yield loss rate of corn was 3.8%-28.5% when one to 40 adults of M.hieroglyphica infested one corn ear in the early silking stage. There was no significant difference from the control yield when one adult infested. Significant reduction in production was recorded when more than five adults infested, with an average yield loss rate of 12.3%-28.5%. The relationship between the number of M.hieroglyphica adults and the yield loss rate of corn conformed to a linear function: y=0.64x+5.17 (R2=0.65, P<0.001). M. hieroglyphica adults damaged corn silks, which then influenced the corn pollination. As the number of M.hieroglyphica adults increased, the kernel number per ear and 100-kernel weight gradually decreased, and thus increased the yield loss of corn. Studying the influence of M. hieroglyphica adults feeding on corn silks on yield loss has an important applied value for determining the control index, the appropriate control period and comprehensive prevention and control.
