      2015年, 在吉林省长春市罹患炭疽病的青皮南瓜上发现 Colletotrichum brevisporum, 与普遍认为的瓜类炭疽菌 C. orbiculare 不是同一种?本研究对该病原菌的生物学特性及其防治药剂进行了研究?结果表明 C. brevisporum 的寄主范围广泛, 可侵染多种瓜类和非葫芦科植物; 该病原菌菌丝生长适宜pH为6~9, 最适pH=9; 光暗交替利于菌丝生长; 菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~30℃; 致死温度50℃, 10 min; 适宜菌丝生长的最佳碳?氮源分别为可溶性淀粉和 L -胱氨酸?采用菌丝生长速率法测定13种杀菌剂对该病原菌的毒力, 发现 C.brevisporum 对这些药剂均较敏感, 多菌灵?抑霉唑?甲基硫菌灵毒力较高, EC50分别为0.060 2?0.186 2?0.339 6 μg/mL?该结果可为东北南瓜炭疽病的田间防治提供依据?

      In 2015, Colletotrichum brevisporum was found on pumpkins, which was a new anthracnose and different from C.orbiculare. In this paper the biological characteristics of the pathogen and fungicide for its control were studied. The results demonstrated that the host range of C.brevisporum was wide, which including a variety of Cucurbitaceae and non Cucurbitaceae plants. The suitable pH range for mycelial growth of this pathogen were from six to nine, and the optimum pH is nine. The alternation between light and dark favored this pathogen. The suitable temperature was 20-30℃, and the lethal temperature was 50℃ for 10 min. The best carbon and nitrogen sources were soluble starch and L -cystine, respectively. It had a high sensitivity to 13 chemical fungicides based on the mycelial growth rate method. Carbendazim, imazalil and thiophanate-methyl were highly virulent, with an EC50 value of 0.060 2, 0.186 2 μg/mL and 0.339 6 μg/mL, respectively. The results could laid a foundation for the field control of pumpkin anthracnose in Northeast China.
