      黄芪根瘤象Sitona simillimus Korotyaev为近年来在甘肃省黄芪上新发现的一种优势地下害虫, 为弄清温度对其成虫繁殖与寿命的影响, 为黄芪根瘤象的预测预报及综合治理提供依据, 本研究在人工气候箱内设置5个温度(15?20?25?30?35℃)饲养黄芪根瘤象越冬成虫, 对其产卵前期?产卵量?成虫寿命等参数进行了测定?结果表明:在15?20℃的较低温度下, 成虫产卵量低?产卵期较短; 30℃成虫产卵质量下降, 无效卵数量显著增加, 成虫寿命开始缩减; 35℃已接近成虫产卵?存活的临界上限温度; 25℃下成虫产卵量最高, 平均卵量2 068.08粒, 单雌最高卵量3 491粒, 且该温度下成虫产卵期及成虫寿命均最长?说明25℃左右是黄芪根瘤象成虫繁殖与生存的最适宜温度, 偏高或偏低的温度均不利于黄芪根瘤象成虫的繁殖与存活?

      Sitona simillimus Korotyaev was a dominant subterranean pest newly discovered on astragalus in Gansu province in recent years. To clarify the effects of temperature on the reproduction and longevity of S. simillimus adults and provide theoretical evidence for prediction and comprehensive management of S.simillimus, overwintering adults of S. simillimus were reared at five different temperatures (15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃, 35℃) in artificial climate incubators, and their pre-oviposition period, fecundity, oviposition period and longevity were recorded and analyzed. The results showed that the fecundity of adults was lower and the oviposition period was shorter at lower temperatures (15℃ and 20℃). The oviposition quality of adults decreased; the number of invalid eggs increased significantly, and the longevity of adults began to decrease at 30℃. At 35℃, it was close to the upper limit of critical temperature for adult oviposition and survival. At 25℃, the fecundity of adults was the largest, with an average of 2 068.08 eggs and a maximum of 3 491 eggs per female, and the oviposition period and longevity of adults were the longest at 25℃. The results indicated that the most suitable temperature for the reproduction and survival of S. simillimus adults was around 25℃, and a higher or lower temperature was not conducive to the reproduction and survival of S. simillimus adults.
