      本研究以分离自杜仲叶片且对杜仲黑斑病菌Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola有良好拮抗作用的解淀粉芽胞杆菌Bacillus amyloliquefaciens J1为试验对象, 使用单因素试验和响应面法对其发酵参数进行优化, 以期提高其菌体量和对杜仲黑斑病菌的抗菌活性。结果表明, 最优发酵条件为pH=6.2、摇床转速179 r/min、培养温度32.6℃、接种量4%、装液量100 mL/250 mL, 在此条件下测定的OD600平均值为1.747, 与模型预测值相对误差约为1%, 响应面法所得结果可靠, 模型有效, 具有实际应用价值。
英文摘要:
      This study was conducted to isolate Bacillus amyloliquefaciens J1 from Eucommia ulmoides leaves with a strong antagonism against Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola. The single-factor and response surface methods were used to optimize the fermentation parameters for this bacterium in order to enhance the quantity and antibiotic activity against P. trachicarpicola. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were pH 6.2, rotation speed of 179 r/min, culture temperature of 32.6℃, inoculation size 4%, 100 mL/250 mL of liquid volume. The average value of OD600 measured under these conditions was 1.747, and the relative error with the predicted value of the model was about 1%. The results obtained by the response surface method ology were reliable; the model was effective, and had practical value for application.
