      为了增补和完善毛角豆芫菁Epicauta hirticornis Haag-Rutenberg雌雄成虫触角形态特征描述,并为揭示其生物学功能提供理论依据,本研究利用扫描电镜对毛角豆芫菁雌雄成虫触角超微结构进行了观察。结果表明,毛角豆芫菁雌雄成虫触角感器类型、数量及分布既有共性又存在明显差异。雌雄成虫触角共有的感器分为3类6种,即3种毛形感器(ST1、ST2、ST3)、2种锥形感器(SB1、SB2)和Bhm氏鬃毛(BB);雄虫触角特有的感器类型包括锥形感器(SB3)和耳形感器(SA);而雌虫触角特有的感器类型有钟形感器(SCa)和鳞形感器(SQ)。此外,对毛角豆芫菁成虫触角各类感器的功能进行了讨论、分析和推测。

      In order to supplement detailed data for the morphological characteristics of the main antenna sensilla of Epicauta hirticornis (Haag-Rutenberg, 1880) and to provide theoretical basis for revealing their ecological function, the fine structure of antennal sensilla of E.hirticornis were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that there were three types and six kinds of antenna sensilla observed on the antennae of both sexes, including three kinds of sensillum trichodeas (ST1, ST2, ST2), two kinds of sensilla basiconca (SB1, SB2)and Bhm bristles (BB). In addition, there were some unique sensilla: sensilla basiconca 3 (SB3)and sensilla auricillica (SA) on the antennae of male, and sensilla campaniformia (SCa)and sensilla squamiformia (SQ) on the antennae of female. At the same time, the functions of the sensilla of E.hirticornis adults were discussed, analyzed and speculated.
