本文先通过室内试验确定6种药剂处理水稻种子对稻纵卷叶螟的有效控制时长,然后通过田间试验验证直播稻、旱育手栽和机插秧3种栽培模式下氟苯虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺拌种对稻纵卷叶螟的防治时长及效果。结果表明,6种药剂作为种子处理药剂在相同浓度下对稻纵卷叶螟的有效控制能力及时长从高到低分别为20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC>10%四氯虫酰胺SC>20%氟苯虫酰胺WG≥10%氟苯虫酰胺SC>10%溴氰虫酰胺SC≥24%氰氟虫腙SC,且有效药量越高,保叶时长及防效越好。田间试验证明氟苯虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺在3种栽培模式下对稻纵卷叶螟均具有一定的防治效果,且控制时长及防效与有效药量呈正相关。氯虫苯甲酰胺田间表现较为优异,直播稻与机插秧播种后58 d保叶效果达到100%;当氯虫苯甲酰胺有效药量达到45 g/hm 2时,3种种植模式播种88 d后的防效均在90%以上。因此,利用氯虫苯甲酰胺处理水稻种子可长效控制稻纵卷叶螟的发生,减少田间稻纵卷叶螟的防治次数。 |

Indoor screening test and field verification test were conducted in three kinds of rice cultivation models including direct seeded rice, dry raised rice seedlings and mechanically transplanted rice in China. The results showed that, the control time and effect of six kinds of pesticides as seed treatment agents from high to low were chlorantraniliprole 20% SC>tetrachlorantraniliprole 10% SC>flubendiamide 20% WG≥flubendiamide 10% SC≥cyancyclomethacridine 10% SC>metaflumizone 24% SC at the same concentration. The higher the effective dosage, the longer control time and the better control effect. Field test showed that flubendiamide, tetrachlorantraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole had control effect on rice leaf roller in three cultivation modes, and the control time and effect had a positive correlation with the amount of pesticide. Among them, chlorantraniliprole had an excellent field performance with the efficacy of 100% after 58 days in direct seeded rice and mechanically transplanted rice. When the effective dose of chlorantraniliprole was 45 g/hm 2, the control efficacy was above 90% in three different kinds of cultivation modes after 88 days. Therefore, rice seeds treated with chlorantraniliprole can effectively control the occurrence of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, and reduce the use of chemical pesticides and frequency. |
