      为明确天敌昆虫异色瓢虫 Harmonia axyridis 对草地贪夜蛾 Spodoptera frugiperda 的捕食能力,在室内光照培养箱中,于(25±1)℃、L∥D=16 h∥8 h条件下,研究了异色瓢虫幼虫对草地贪夜蛾卵和低龄幼虫的捕食功能反应与寻找效应。结果表明:异色瓢虫幼虫对草地贪夜蛾卵和低龄幼虫的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ模型。异色瓢虫1龄幼虫对草地贪夜蛾卵的日最大捕食量、瞬时攻击率和处理时间分别为25.6粒、1.035和0.039 d;异色瓢虫4龄幼虫对草地贪夜蛾 2 龄幼虫的日最大捕食量、瞬时攻击率和处理时间分别为33.3头、0.736和 0.03 d。异色瓢虫幼虫对草地贪夜蛾卵和低龄幼虫的寻找效应随猎物密度的增加而下降。异色瓢虫幼虫对草地贪夜蛾卵和低龄幼虫具有较好的控制效果,可用于对草地贪夜蛾的防控实践。
英文摘要:
      To clarify the predation and control ability of Harmonia axyridis on Spodoptera frugiperda. The predation function and searching efficiency of H. axyridis larvae on eggs and low instar larvae of S. frugiperda were studied in an indoor light incubator at (25±1)℃ and L∥D=16 h∥8 h. The functional responses of H. axyridis larvae to eggs and low instar larvae of S. frugiperda fitted well with HollingⅡ model. Daily maximum predation, instantaneous attack rate and handling time of the 1st instar larvae of H. axyridis to eggs of S. frugiperda were 25.6 individuals, 1.035 and 0.039 d, respectively. Daily maximum predation, instantaneous attack rate and handling time of the 4th instar larvae of H. axyridis to 2nd instar larvae of S. frugiperda were 33.3 individuals, 0.736 and 0.03 d, respectively. The search effect of the larvae of H. axyridis on the eggs and low instars of S. frugiperda decreased with the increase of the prey density. H. axyridis larvae showed a good control efficacy on S. frugiperda eggs and low instar larvae, and can be used in the control of S. frugiperda .
