红皮深红肉火龙果软腐病主要发生在花瓣、鳞片和果实。采用组织分离法分离病原菌, 通过琼脂平板稀释纯化、致病性测定、形态学和分子生物学方法将病原鉴定为桃吉尔霉Gilbertella persicaria。生物学测定结果表明: 该病原菌在15~37℃范围内均能生长, 低于10℃不能生长, 最适温度32℃; 最适pH 5.0~6.0; 连续光照更有利于菌丝生长。 |

The soft rot mainly occurs on the petal, scale and fruit of Hylocereus costaricensis. Through pathogen isolation, agar dilution and purification, pathogenicity test, morphological and molecular methods, the pathogen was identified as Gilbertella persicaria. The studies on biological characteristics showed that the temperature range for mycelium growth was from 15℃ to 37℃ with an optimum temperature of 32℃, and the hyphae could not grow under 10℃; the optimum pH was 5.0-6.0, and continuous illumination facilitated hyphal growth. |
