化学农药是防治暴发性和突发性农业害虫的有效手段。针对草地贪夜蛾入侵我国后尚无登记农药可用的情况, 我们在室内采用浸叶法和浸卵法测定了21种常用商品化学杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的防治效果。结果表明, 20%甲氰菊酯EC、15%唑虫酰胺SC、25 g/L溴氰菊酯EC、25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC和20%呋虫胺SC对草地贪夜蛾卵具有较高的毒杀活性, 校正孵化抑制率可达80%以上。1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC、5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME、75%乙酰甲胺磷SP、6%乙基多杀菌素SC和20%甲氰菊酯EC对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫具有较强的毒杀作用, 校正死亡率超过90%。本研究评价了不同类型化学杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾卵和幼虫的毒杀效率, 以期为生产上制定草地贪夜蛾化学防治用药方案提供技术指导。 |

Chemical pesticides are effective means to control outbreak pests in agricultural production. In view of the fact that no registered pesticides are available after the invasion of fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda in China, the control effects of 21 common commercial chemical pesticides were determined in the laboratory by leaf dipping method and egg dipping method. The results showed that fenpropathrin 20% EC, tolfenpyrad 15% SC, deltamethrin 25 g/L EC, lambda cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC and dinotefuran 20% SC had high toxicity to the eggs of fall armyworm, with the corrected hatching inhibition rate of more than 80%. Emamectin benzoate 1% EC, emamectin benzoate 5% ME, acephate 75% SP, spinetoram 6% SC and fenpropathrin 20% EC had strong toxicity to the second instar larvae of the insect, with the corrected mortality rate of over 90%. The results provide a technical guidance for making chemical control plan to manage the pest in the field. |
