      为减少化学农药的使用量, 延缓抗药性, 实现化学农药的减量增效, 我们探讨了阿维菌素分别与吡虫啉、啶虫脒和氟啶虫胺腈复配对麦蚜的联合毒力。结果表明, 阿维菌素与吡虫啉有效成分比3∶1, 13∶9, 1∶2, 1∶4, 1∶7时, 其共毒系数分别为148.2, 152.6, 132.2, 156.2, 157.3, 最佳配比为1∶7, 其LC50为0.485 μg/mL; 阿维菌素与啶虫脒有效成分比15∶1, 5∶2, 1∶1时, 其共毒系数分别为155.3, 198.9, 139.1, 最佳配比为5∶2, 其LC50为0.255 μg/mL; 阿维菌素与氟啶虫胺腈有效成分比2∶1, 1∶3, 10∶19, 其共毒系数分别为241.3, 176.3, 206.4, 最佳配比2∶1, 其LC50为0.222 μg/mL。不同药剂以增效显著的配比混配使用, 为麦蚜的有效防治和农药的减量使用提供了更好的途径。

      To delay resistance, achieve reduction and synergization of chemical insecticides, we explored co-toxicity of abamectin with imidacloprid, acetamiprid and sulfoxaflor against Schizaphis graminum on wheat. The results indicated that co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 148.2, 152.6, 132.2, 156.2 and 157.3 when the proportion of active ingredients of abamectin and imidacloprid was 3∶1, 13∶9, 1∶2, 1∶4 and 1∶7, respectively, of which the proportion of 1∶7 had the highest co-toxicity, with the LC50 value of 0.485 μg/mL. CTC was 155.3, 198.9 and 139.1 when the proportion of active ingredients of abamectin and acetamiprid was 15∶1, 5∶2 and 1∶1, respectively, of which the proportion of 5∶2 had the highest co-toxicity, with the LC50value of 0.255 μg/mL. CTC was 241.3, 176.3 and 206.4 when the proportion of active ingredients of abamectin and acetamiprid was 2∶1, 1∶3 and 10∶19, respectively, of which the proportion of 2∶1 had the highest co-toxicity, with the LC50 value of 0.222 μg/mL. All the proportions above had significant synergism. This study provided important theoretical basis for overcoming or delaying the resistance, reducing the cost and improving the control efficacy on wheat aphids.
