为了探索贵州烟田斜纹夜蛾性诱剂诱捕器适宜设置密度, 采取棋盘式安放法, 分别设置诱捕器间距20 mA、30 mB、40 mC、50 mD 及空白对照CK, 比较不同布器密度的诱蛾量、幼虫量或为害株率和防治成本等差异, 以确定最适布器密度。结果表明, 单器诱蛾量随布器密度的加大而下降, 即D>C>B>A, 其中A、B、C处理间诱蛾量无显著差异, D处理的诱蛾量极显著高于其余处理; 随布器密度的加大, 幼虫发生量及为害株率呈下降趋势,防治效果呈上升趋势, 但处理间均无显著差异, 各处理防治效果为60.45%~78.97%; 单位面积防治成本随布器密度的加大而增加, 即A>B>C>D, 各处理防治成本在3.43~20.60元/667 m2之间。综合评价认为, 在贵州典型的山地丘陵地貌条件下, 诱捕器设置间距一般以30~50 m为宜、虫量中等及以下发生区域以50 m最佳。 |

In order to find out the suitable density of traps to control S. litura by sex attractants in tobacco fields, the traps spacing were set as 20 m (A), 30 m (B), 40 m (C) and 50 m (D) based on the way of checkerboard placing, meanwhile a control area was set up.The number of adults and larvae (or the damage rate of tobacco plants) of S. litura and the cost of control were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the catches of a single trap decreased with the increase of the traps density, namely, D>C>B>A. There were no significant differences among A, B and C treatments, but D treatment was significantly higher than the any other treatments in the number of trapped adults; The number of larvae and the damage rate decreased with the increase of the traps density, and the control effect increased with the increase of the traps density but there were no significant difference among treatments, with the control efficacy of 60.45%-78.97%. The control cost per unit area increased with the increase of the traps density (A>B>C>D), with the cost of 3.43-20.60 yuan per 667 m2. Comprehensively considering the above results, 30-50 meters was the suitable trap spacing to control S. litura by sex attractants in tobacco fields, and 50 meters was the most suitable trap spacing when S. litura was present in very limited or medium amount. |
