| The pathogenic fungus isolated from soybean imported from Uruguay was identified as Colletotrichum chlorophyti based on the morphological characteristics of the colony and conidia of the fungus, rDNA-ITS and partial sequence of the actin gene, and its pathogenicity to soybean. It was the first report that Colletotrichum chlorophyti was imported to China. |
