| 在植物病原菌的常规培养中, 经常会遇到杂菌污染和培养基干燥的问题。本文介绍一种简易而有效的解决方法, 其要点是利用密封式普通塑料保鲜盒盛放培养基平板, 再转移到培养箱中培养。该方法特别适合需要长期培养的测试工作。除了平板培养外, 该方法还可用于其他形式的培养, 以防止培养皿内试验材料的水分散失和杂菌污染。 |

| Contamination of undesired microbe and drying of medium were often encountered in routine culture of plant pathogen. A simplified and effective method was introduced to resolve the problem. The main point of the method was that the medium plate was placed in a sealed common plastic storage box, and was then cultured in an incubator. The method is suitable especially for the culture operation which will take a long time. Apart from the plate culture, the method might also be used for culture in other forms to prevent moisture loss and contamination. |
