      利用红外夜视技术, 建立了一种简易的室内观测装置, 观察桃小食心虫夜间产卵活动, 拍摄其完整产卵过程, 并将其产卵行为流程归纳为:搜寻, 探测, 产卵, 整理4个步骤。试验结果显示:桃小食心虫会根据实时光照做出产卵判断而不仅仅根据内生节律。产卵频次与昼夜时间分配率呈正相关。试验证明, 基于红外夜视技术建立的观测装置使观察可昼夜进行, 突破肉眼能力限制, 影像资料可保存调取, 节约人力成本。红外夜视技术有望在其他夜行性害虫交配及产卵等活动规律和行为习性观察中得到更广泛的应用, 这将为制定害虫综合防治方案, 建立高效病虫防治体系提供翔实可靠的资料。
英文摘要:
      In this study, infrared night vision technology was employed to establish a simple indoor observation apparatus to observe the oviposition behavior of the peach fruit-borer at night and film the complete process.The oviposition behavior process is summarized as search, probe, oviposition and pectination.The results showed that the peach fruit borer made oviposition judgement based on real-time light, not just based on the endogenous rhythms.In addition, the oviposition frequency distribution percentage was positively correlated with the oviposition time distribution percentage.The use of infrared night vision technology made it possible for us to observe the peach fruitborer at day and night, surpassing the capacity constraints of naked eyes, cost effectively, and the image data can be stored. We could thoroughly grasp the mating and oviposition regular patterns and behaviors of other nocturnal insects by application of infrared night vision technology. Our findings provide detailed and reliable information for the integrated pest management program and the efficient pest control system.
