综合利用手捡法、干漏斗法和巴氏罐诱捕法3种方法, 以群落组成、物种丰富度、个体数、多样性指数、均匀度指数和优势度指数为参数, 系统研究转EPSPS基因抗除草剂玉米‘CC-2’种植对土壤动物群落的短期影响。结果表明, 无论是喷施除草剂处理还是不喷施除草剂处理, 转基因玉米‘CC-2’较之对应的非转基因对照‘郑58’, 在土壤动物群落组成及群落结构参数等方面均无显著差异。可初步认定, 转EPSPS基因抗除草剂玉米‘CC-2’对土壤动物群落无不利影响。 |

Hand-sorting, Macfadyen and pitfall trap methods were used to investigate the effects of transgenic herbicide-resistant EPSPS gene maize variety ‘CC-2’ on community composition, species richness, individual number, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Pielou index and Simpson index of soil fauna in maize fields. The results showed that the transgenic herbicide-resistant maize ‘CC-2’ with or without herbicide had no significant effects on community composition and community structure when compared with non-transgenic maize ‘Zheng58’. It indicated that no adverse effect of transgenic herbicide-resistant maize with EPSPS gene on soil fauna community. |
