本研究利用室内毒力测定法测定了白术角担菌对8种杀菌剂的敏感性, 同时开展田间试验测定了8种杀菌剂对白术根腐病的防治效果。结果表明:50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、40%五硝·多菌灵可湿性粉剂、30%苯甲·丙环唑乳油和430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂对角担菌的菌丝抑制率相对较高, EC50均低于10 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:末次施药20 d后40%五硝· 多菌灵可湿性粉剂1 000倍液、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1 000倍液、30%苯甲·丙环唑乳油2 000倍液和430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂 3 000倍液的防效均超过58%, 而且防效之间无显著性差异, 各药剂处理对白术的生长无显著性影响。 |

Sensitivity of Ceratobasidium sp. to 8 kinds of fungicides was measured in the laboratory, and control effects of 8 fungicides on root rot of A.macrocephala were investigated by field experiment. The results showed that 50% carbendazim WP, 40% quintozene·carbendazim WP, 430 g/L tebuconazole SC, and 30% difenoconazole·propiconazol EC could effectively inhibit the growth of Ceratobasidium sp, with the EC50 values of less than 10 mg/L.The field trial demonstrated that 40% quintozene·carbendazim WP (1 000×), 50% carbendazim WP (1 000×), 30% difenoconazole·propiconazol EC (2 000×)and 430 g/L tebuconazole SC (3 000×) had better control effect than others 20 days after the final fungicides application, with the control efficacy of more than 58%, and there is no significant difference among their control efficacies. The fungicides had no significant effect on the growth of Atractylodes macrocephala. |
