      为了明确吡唑醚菌酯与代森锰锌混配对荔枝霜疫霉病菌(Peronophythora litchii)和香蕉尾孢叶斑病菌(Pseudocercospora musae)的联合毒力,分别采用菌丝生长速率法、菌丝干重法测定了吡唑醚菌酯、代森锰锌及其不同配比混剂对荔枝霜疫霉病菌和香蕉尾孢叶斑病菌的毒力。结果表明:吡唑醚菌酯与代森锰锌质量比为1.35∶35的混剂对荔枝霜疫霉病菌表现为相加作用,增效系数为1.286 3; 吡唑醚菌酯与代森锰锌质量比为8∶66、6∶77和4∶88的混剂对香蕉尾孢叶斑病菌同样表现出较好的相加作用,增效系数分别为1.299 9、1.378 0和1.390 7; 综合考虑混配经济效益和降低病原菌对吡唑醚菌酯产生抗性风险等因素,吡唑醚菌酯与代森锰锌以质量比1.35∶35~8∶66进行混配较为合理。

      In order to clarify the synergistic toxicity of pyraclostrobin and mancozeb against Peronophythora litchii and Pseudocercospora musae, which cause litchi downy blight and banana yellow sigatoka, respectively, the toxicity of pyraclostrobin, mancozeb and their mixtures at different ratios against Pe. litchii and Ps. musae was determined by mycelial growth rate test and mycelial dry weight methods. The results showed that the mixture at the mass ratio of 1.35∶35 exhibited an additive effect on Pe.litchii, with a synergistic ratio of 1.286 3. The mixtures with mass ratio of 8∶66, 6∶77 and 4∶88 also exhibited additive effects on Ps. musae, with a synergistic ratio of 1.299 9, 1.378 0 and 1.390 7, respectively. Considering the economic benefit of the two fungicide mixtures and reduction in the resistance risk of pathogens to pyraclostrobin, the mass ratios between 1.35∶35 and 8∶66 are considered to be the best for pyraclostrobin and mancozeb mixture
