采用土壤接菌法,对60份紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种质材料进行了苗期抗根腐病性状评价。在测定供试苜蓿材料的发病率、病情指数、株高、地上生物量和地下生物量指标的基础上,利用隶属函数法对其进行了抗病性综合评价。结果表明:接种木贼镰刀菌(Fusarium equiseti)后,抗镰刀菌根腐病较强的紫花苜蓿种质材料是来自陕西乾县的0060、美国的88-33(‘维多利亚’)、日本的85-47(‘GT49R’)和甘肃西峰的0782等; 抗病性较差的材料有来自美国的88-45(‘马里科巴’)、北京的2758(‘中苜一号’)、内蒙古准格尔的2738和拉达克的0215等; 其他材料抗病性居中。 |

The infection rate, disease index, plant height, aboveground biomass and underground biomass of sixty kinds of alfalfa germplasms at seedling stage were investigated after soil inoculation. The resistances of sixty alfalfa cultivars to Fusarium equiseti were comprehensively analyzed by subordinative function. The results indicated that after inoculating F.equiseti, 0060,88-33 (‘Victoria’),85-47 (‘GT49R’) and 0782 materials were highly resistant and 88-45(‘Maricopa’), 2758(‘Zhongmu No.1’), 2738 and 0215 materials were highly susceptible, and other materials were moderately resistant |
