| 为明确不同地理种群绿盲蝽的滞育率差异, 从河南原阳、山东德州、江苏南京、河北保定和廊坊采集绿盲蝽的五代成虫自然种群。采集到的种群放入温度(26±1)℃, RH 80%±10％, 光周期L∥D=16 h∥8 h的人工气候箱中进行饲养。对不同地区采集到的绿盲蝽成虫所产卵的滞育率进行分析, 结果表明: 绿盲蝽卵的滞育率随纬度的升高逐渐下降; 绿盲蝽自然种群在室内饲养后, 其所产不同批次卵的滞育率存在随饲养时间的增加而明显下降的现象。 |

| To investigate the variation of diapause rate for different geographic populations of Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür), the field populations of adults were collected in Yuanyang, Henan Province, Dezhou, Shandong Province, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, Baoding and Langfang, Hebei Province, respectively. The populations were reared in the artificial climate chest under condition of (26±1)℃, RH 80%±10％, L∥D=16 h∥8 h. It was found that the diapause rate of A.lucorum gradually reduced along with the increase of latitude. The diapause rates significantly reduced after the field populations had been reared for a period of time in the artificial climate chest. |
