      本研究以感白叶枯病水稻品种‘温229’为试验材料, 通过茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)浸种和喷雾处理幼苗期和孕穗期水稻, 探索MeJA诱导大田水稻抗白叶枯病的效应。水稻幼苗期, 0.004 mmol/L MeJA浸种、0.1 mmol/L MeJA喷雾、0.004 mmol/L MeJA浸种后再用0.1 mmol/L MeJA喷雾处理, 均表现诱导幼苗抗白叶枯病的作用, 其诱导效果最高达27.65%; 其中, MeJA浸种再喷雾双重处理的效果与单一喷雾处理差异不显著, 但与单一浸种处理达到显著性差异 水平; 水稻孕穗期, 0.05~2.00 mmol/L的MeJA喷雾后均可降低白叶枯病的病情指数, 其中2011年MeJA诱导效果最佳的浓度为0.50 mmol/L, 而2012年和2013年则为1.00 mmol/L, 诱导效果最高为17.17%。以上结果表明, MeJA处理可有效缓解大田水稻幼苗和孕穗期白叶枯病的发生, 其诱导效果可能与MeJA处理浓度、方法及水稻生育期有关。

      ‘Wen229’, a susceptible rice cultivar to bacterial leaf blight (BLB), was used as experiment material to investigate the effects of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on induced resistance to BLB by soaking or spraying with MeJA at seedling and booting stage of rice in fields. The resistance was induced when rice was soaked with 0.004 mmol/L MeJA, sprayed with 0.1 mmol/L MeJA and soaked with 0.004 mmol/L MeJA followed by spraying with 0.1 mmol/L MeJA at seedling stage, and the best effect was 27.65%. There was no significant difference between duplex (seed soaking followed by seedling spraying) and single MeJA treatment (seedling spraying) except seed soaking. At booting stage, spray treatment with 0.052.00 mmol/L MeJA could reduce disease index of BLB, and the optimum concentration was 0.50 and 1.00 mmol/L in 2011 and 2012-2013, respectively, and the best induced effect was 17.17%. All above results suggested that MeJA could effectively relieve the incidence of bacterial leaf blight at seedling and booting stages of rice but the induced effects were influenced by MeJA treatment concentration, methods and rice growing stage.
