      采用活性跟踪法对圆滑番荔枝叶乙醇提取物中抑菌活性成分进行了初步分离。结果表明:圆滑番荔枝叶乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取组分对胡椒瘟病菌的抑制活性最高, 从该萃取组分中分离得到化合物松香酸和β-谷甾醇, 并测定了其对胡椒瘟病菌的抑菌活性。当两种化合物供试浓度为0.6 mg/mL时抑菌率分别达到了69.21%和61.78%, 对胡椒瘟病菌具有一定抑菌效果。
英文摘要:
      By using bioassay-guided method, the components with antifungal activity were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Annona glabra leaves. The results showed that ethyl acetate extraction of Annona glabra leaf ethanol extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on Phytophthora capsici, and two compounds (abietic acid and beta sitosterol) were isolated from ethyl acetate extraction. The antifungal activity of the two compounds was tested. When abietic acid and β-sitosterol concentration was 0.6 mg/mL, the inhibition rate against Phytophthora capsici reached to 69.21% and 61.78%, respectively.
