      本文对黑龙江省的100株向日葵核盘菌(39个亲和组)的致病力、菌落生长速率、草酸产量及总酸产量(pH)进行了测定, 并分析了菌株致病力与菌落生长速率、草酸产量及总酸产量(pH) 3个因子的相关性。结果表明: 菌株的致病力与草酸产量成正相关(r=0.758, P<0.01); 与总酸产量(pH)之间成负相关(r=-0.794, P<0.01 ); 草酸产量与总酸产量(pH)之间呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.639, P<0.01)。
英文摘要:
      The pathogenicity, colony growth rate, oxalic acid production and total acid (pH) of 100 sunflower Sclerotinia sclerotiorum strains belong to 39 mycelial compatibility groups from different regions of Heilongjiang Province were measured. The correlation between pathogenicity and colony growth rate, oxalic acid production, total acid (pH) were analyzed. The results showed that lesion diameter of sunflower leaves after inoculation had a positive correlation with oxalic acid (r=0.758, P<0.01), but had a negative correlation with the total acid (pH) value (r=-0.794, P<0.01). Oxalic acid production also was negatively correlated to the total acid (pH) value (r=-0.639, P<0. 01).
