| 对10个引起大豆根腐病的真菌分离物进行鉴定。结果表明, 这些分离物形态学上与大豆拟茎点种腐病菌相似。用ITS通用引物进行PCR扩增, 该菌株与拟茎点种腐病菌MP4PL11PS (GenBank登录号HQ130441.1)同源性达98%。因此, 确定该菌株为大豆拟茎点种腐病菌。 |

| The 10 fungal isolates causing soybean root rot were identified. The results showed that 10 isolates had similarity to Phomopsis longicolla in morphology. BLAST search results showed that the sequence of P.longicolla strain MP4PL11PS (GenBank accession number HQ130441.1) was homologous to the tested strain with a similarity of 98% by using universal primers (ITS) for amplification. So, the isolated strain was identified as P. longicolla. |
