      为明确芝麻茎点枯病菌漆酶(Lac)和聚甲基半乳糖醛酸酶(PMG)活性, 采用分光光度法测定了9株芝麻茎点枯病菌漆酶活性和聚甲基半乳糖醛酸酶活性。结果表明, 芝麻茎点枯病菌胞内、胞外均能检测到漆酶, 不同菌株之间漆酶活性差异显著; 芝麻茎点枯病菌体外培养能持续产生聚甲基半乳糖醛酸酶, 并且不同菌株之间聚甲基半乳糖醛酸酶活性差异显著。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of this study is to examine and measure the enzyme activity. The Lac activity and PMG activity of nine strains of Macrophomina phaseolina were tested by spectrophotom.The results demonstrated that intracellular Lac activity and extracellular Lac activity could be detected in M.phaseolina, and the Lac activity difference was significant among strains. PMG could be produced by M.phaseolina continuously during ten days, and the PMG activity difference was also significant among strains.This work is helpful for the study of pathogenic mechanism.
