      球孢白僵菌是一种具有杀虫潜力的生防真菌, 菌丝是其重要的结构单位, 而疏水蛋白被认为参与了气生菌丝的生长过程。本文以球孢白僵菌疏水表面结合蛋白编码基因HsbA为检测对象, 利用荧光定量PCR方法研究了该基因在液生菌丝和气生菌丝中的相对表达量, 结果表明, HsbA基因在气生菌丝中的相对表达量显著高于液生菌丝。基于以上结果, 我们推断, HsbA基因在气生环境下的上调表达可能会增加其编码蛋白的总量, 从而对球孢白僵菌气生菌丝的生长发育起到调控作用。研究结果不仅为菌种的遗传改良提供了一个切入点, 也对菌株的商业化生产有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Beauveria bassiana is an important entomogenous fungus which has the potential for pest control. Mycelia are the major structural unit of B. bassiana, and hydrophobins are considered to participate in the process of aerial hyphae. In the present study, relative expression abundance of B. bassiana HsbA (hydrophobic surface binding protein) gene in aerial hyphae and substrate mycelia were analyzed by using qRT-PCR. The results showed that the expression level of HsbA gene in aerial hyphae was significantly higher than that in substrate mycelia. Based on the above results, we concluded that up-regulated expression of HsbA gene might increase the amount of protein encoded, which could regulate the development of aerial hyphae in B. bassiana. This conclusion provided not only an approach to strain improvement, but also a guide for commercial production of this fungus.
