      壳聚糖是迄今为止发现的唯一阳离子动物纤维和碱性多糖, 其具有抑菌、抗肿瘤等多种独特的生物活性, 对壳聚糖进行衍生化是改善其理化性质, 提高其生物活性的有效方法。本文综述了不同壳聚糖衍生物, 如烷基化壳聚糖、氨基壳聚糖、季铵盐壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖, 以及壳聚糖的酯、硫脲、氨基酸等化合物的制备, 着重阐述了不同壳聚糖衍生物对细菌和真菌的抑菌活性; 有助于指导新型壳聚糖抑菌活性物质的设计和合成, 寻找高活性抑菌壳聚糖材料。目前, 壳聚糖及其衍生物在抑菌活性领域的开发和应用, 亟须开展壳聚糖衍生物结构与抑菌活性间的构效关系研究, 探索高抑菌活性壳聚糖的作用机理。

      Chitosan is the only animal fibers and alkaline polysaccharide ever found till now, with a variety of unique biological activities, such as antimicrobial and antitumor activity. The derivation of chitosan is an effective method to improve its physicochemical properties and to raise its biological activities. In this paper, research progress on structure design, synthesis and antimicrobial activity of chitosan derivatives are discussed, including alkylated chitosan, aminoin chitosan, quaternary salt chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan and other chitosan derivatives grafted with ester, sulfourea or amino acid. On the other hand, the paper focused on the antibacterial and antifungal activities of chitosan derivates. It is urgent to carry out studies on the relationship of the structure and antimicrobial activity of chitosan derivatives, and explore the mechanism of the high antimicrobial activity of chitosan derivates in the field of development of application of chitosan and its derivates with strong antimicrobial activity.
