Development, reproduction and biotic fitness of the susceptible strain and the strain with multiple resistance to fenpropathrin, abamectin and spirodiclofen were evaluated using Tetranychus urticae Koch. The results showed that, compared to the susceptible strain, the developmental duration and oviposition of resistant strain declined. The net reproduction rate (R0) of the resistant strain (12.765 9) was significantly lower than that of the susceptible strain (42.420 3), but no significant differences were found in other biological parameters. The relative fitness was 0.300 9 times as that of the susceptible strain, indicating an obvious fitness cost. |
