      通过观察烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种(Bemisia tabaci Asia Ⅱ3)在6种不同温度(18、21、24、27、30、33 ℃)条件下生长发育情况, 探索了不同温度下烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种种群参数。结果表明, 在18~30 ℃范围内烟粉虱亚洲Ⅱ3隐种完成一个世代所需时间随温度的升高而明显缩短, 由18 ℃的45.5 d缩短到30 ℃的26.6 d;24~27 ℃为烟粉虱产卵的最适温区, 27 ℃时的产卵量最大, 达203.75粒, 在此温区其发育速率加快, 内禀增长力(rm)和净增殖率(R0)随着温度的升高而提高, 在27 ℃时达到最大, 分别为0.16和82.3。
英文摘要:
      The experimental population parameters of Bemisia tabaci AsiaⅡ3 were studied by investigating the growth and development under 6 temperatures (18, 21, 24, 27, 30 and 33 ℃). The results showed that, with the rising of temperature, the generation durations of B.tabaci AsiaⅡ3 were shortened from 45.5 d at 18 ℃ to 26.6 d at 30 ℃. The most suitable temperature for laying eggs was between 24 ℃ and 27 ℃, with a maximum number of 203.75 eggs at 27 ℃; moreover, with the rising of temperature, the developmental rate was speeded up, and the innate capacity of increase (rm) and the net reproduction rate(R0) were both increased, reaching the maximum of 0.16 and 82.3 at 27 ℃.
